Ministry of Railways has revised
and amended Refund Rules in a very comprehensive manner and notified them which
shall come into force with effect from 1.7.2013. The amendments made in the Refund
Rules are aimed at simplification, efficiency in processing and reduction of
bogus refund claims.

Indian Railways Users to Track Train Info Real-Time
The
Indian Railways is done it again. After leading the foray in the
online-ticketing segment, it is now allowing passengers to track trains on
real-time basis.
RailRadar
is interactive maps which make available users to watch actions of trains,
which are at present running in India.
The application was today publicized at the Digital Conference held by
Medianama.
