Indore-Yeshwantpur-Indore Weekly special train service at non stop

Western Railway has advised South Western Railway to continue running Weekly Express Special Trains between Indore-Yeshwantpur-Indore Stations to clear extra rush for four more trips in each direction.

Train No 09307 Indore-Yeshwantpur Weekly Express Special will depart from Indore at 20.55 hrs on Sundays, starting from June 2 to 23 and arrive at Yeshwantpur at 11.15 hrs on Tuesdays. In the return direction, Train No 09308 Yeshwantpur-Indore Weekly Express Special will depart from Yeshwantpur at 13.30 hrs on Tuesdays, starting from June 4 to 25 and arrive at Indore  at 05.05 hrs on Thursdays. 

New Yesvantpur-Mangalore weekly train

Railways introduces Mangalore-Yesvantpur express train

The railways will introduce a new Yesvantpur-Mangalore-Yesvantpur weekly express train from Saturday, in terms of the announcement made in the railway budget 2013.

Railway minister Mallikarjuna Kharge will flag off the inaugural latest train on Saturday at the Bangalore city railway station.
The extra express train will commence its journey from Yesvantpur end on Sunday (September 29) and from Mangalore end on Monday (September 30).

RAILWAYS WEEKLY FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAIN BETWEEN DELHI-GUWAHATI

For the handiness of rail passengers, Railways have determined to run two Weekly Festival special train no. 04028/04027 Delhi-Guwahati-Delhi Weekly Express and train no. 02456/02455 New Delhi-Madgaon-New Delhi Weekly Superfast AC Express train as per the following programme:-

1.The 04028 Delhi-Guwahati Weekly Express train will depart from Delhi on each Monday from 22.10.2012 to 26.11.2012 (06 trips) at 15.05 hrs. to reach Guwahati at 05.00 hrs. on Wednesday.

Special MUMBAI AND JABALPUR WEEKLY TRAINS

01701 Special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 13.30 hrs on every Sunday from 6.10.2013 to 1.12.2013 (9 trips) and will arrive Jabalpur at 06.00 hrs next day. 01702 Special will leave Jabalpur at 19.30 hrs on every Saturday from 5.10.2013 to 30.11.2013 (9 trips) and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus at 12.15 hrs next day.

Halts: Dadar, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nasik Road, Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Khandwa, Harda, Itarsi, Pipariya, Gadarwara and Narsinghpur.

Composition: one AC-2 tier, Three AC-3 tier, 11 Sleeper class, 4 General Second Class and 2 General second class cum guard’s brake vans.

The Indian railways have started a new weekly holiday special train between Ajmer and Ahmedabad in view of the vacation rush. This train would start its first journey from November 26, 2012 and carry the passengers til December 26, 2012.

The North Western Railway official has confirmed that the Ajmer-Ahmedabad Holiday special train is scheduled to depart from Ajmer from November 26 to December 24 on Mondays at 09.20am with an arrival time of 07.00pm at Ahmedabad. It would return from Ahmedabad on Wednesdays at 06.05 in the morning from November 28 to December 26 and would reach Ajmer at 03.55pm.

Southern Railways has announced following special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers o­n account of Christmas, New Year, Irumudi, Thaipoosam and Pongal festivals.

1.        Nagercoil – Chennai Egmore Weekly Specials: T.No.06748 Nagercoil – Chennai Egmore Superfast Special will leave Nagercoil at 17.00 hrs. o­n 25th November 2012, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th December 2012

2.         6th, 13th and 20th January 2013 and arrive Chennai Egmore at 06.05 hrs. the next day. T.No.06747 Chennai Egmore – Nagercoil Special will leave Chennai Egmore at 14.35 hrs. o­n 26th November 2012, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st December 2012, 7th, 14th and 21st January 2013 and arrive Nagercoil at 05.30 hrs. the next day.

3.         The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC 3-tier, 12 Sleeper Class, 4 General Second Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches.

Central Railways have announced to run 8 special trains between Solapur and Pune to clear the extra rush of passengers as under:

01013 Special will leave Pune at 4.15 pm from 9.12.2012 to 30.12.2012 (Sunday) and will arrive at Solapur at 8.55 pm same day.

01014 Special will leave Solapur at 11.10 am from 9.12.2012 to 30.12.2012 (Sunday) and will arrive Pune at 3.10 pm same day.

RESERVATION: Bookings open for 01013/01014 from 7.12.2012 for the trip o­n 9.12.2012.

Central Railways have announced to run 8 Weekly Specials between Pune and Chennai Central for Passengers during Winter season.

Train No. 06028 Special will leave Chennai Central at 16.00 hrs o­n every Wednesday from 5.12.2012 to 26.12.2012 and will arrive Pune at 13.00 hrs next day.

Train No. 06027 Special will leave Pune at 14.15 hrs o­n every Thursday from 6.12.2012 to 27.12.2012 and will arrive Chennai Central at 11.35 hrs next day.
